The nightly rates paid at the Blue Heron Beach Resort are far lower than the rates you would pay at a traditional hotel while at the same time you will find much more spacious accommodations, two full baths, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, sleeping arrangements up to 8, and a stunning balcony view of Lake Bryant.

FLEXIBILITY AT YOUR FINGERTIPS

We control our highly competitive rates by isolating certain costly services. Our nightly rates do not include daily housekeeping, instead we offer those services a la carte. Not only does this save you money, but it provides greater flexibility, security for your suite and more privacy for you and your family. Also, we charge a one-time housekeeping clean fee of $45, payable upon arrival, which covers the cost of cleaning your suite after your departure.

The Blue Heron Beach Resort is a limited service but affordable lodging option that brings you the best of Orlando, Florida like no other property can. Because we provide fully equipped kitchens in each of our condo-style suites instead of an on-site restaurant, as well as a la carte daily housekeeping options, we are able to keep our rates lower than the usual resort hotels in Lake Buena Vista. Visiting the theme parks? We offer complimentary shuttle service to Disney World and SeaWorld. If you’re looking to unplug and enjoy a real resort experience, we have two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi, and two fitness rooms. Buena Vista Watersports will deliver jet skis and pontoon or ski boats right to our dock on Lake Bryan for some aquatic fun.
